Basketball action continues Saturday, with the Comets varsity girls and varsity boys basketball teams facing Gretna High School in games that have been moved from Halifax County High School to the Halifax County Middle School gym.

The Comets varsity girls game is set for a 5:30 p.m. start, with the boys game set for a 7 p.m. start.

In other changes in the Halifax County High School sports schedule, last night’s scheduled swim meet between the Comets swim teams and GW was postponed and rescheduled for Monday at 5 p.m. at the South Boston YMCA.
