Enforcers, Pacific Headwear in finals

With the Pure Rec. tournament heading to the finals, the top two teams have fought their way through the crowd to face off for the league title.

The regular season champ, Pacific Headwear, come to the finals with best record of the league, but they faced a very good Enforcers team, who finished the regular season only one game behind Pacific Headwear.

The first game of the final match was all Pacific Headwear as they methodically picked away at the Enforcers, using long volleys and a solid defense.

The Enforcers’ aggressive style of play led to several unforced errors, causing them to lose game one.  The Enforcers changed their tactics in game two, as they settled down, and decided to volley with the league leaders instead of going for the quick score

Both teams played well, and game two was a very exciting game, with some very long volleys, and good shots.

As game two progressed, the momentum shifted to the Enforcers as they managed to capture game two and the momentum of the match.

Entering the third and final game of the match, the Enforcers changed back to their aggressive, attacking, style of play.

This time the aggressive style worked well as the Enforcers caught Pacific Headwear off guard.

Pacific Headwear called timeout to regroup, but it was too little too late as the Enforcers got on a roll and proceeded to take the final game, claiming the tournament title for the 2012 Season.
