The South Boston Running Club presents The Cinderella Dash Saturday, June 30, from 11 to midnight with the runners meeting at 10:30 p.m.
The race begins at 11 p.m. at The Prizery, 700 Bruce Street in South Boston.
The public is invited to join the running club members as they make a mad 5K dash through the streets of South Boston, burning the midnight oil, racing the clock before it strikes 12 before the world dissolves them back into pumpkins and field mice.
Registration is $20 per person through Friday, June 22.
Registration increases to $25 on June 23. Registration also will be available up until 10:30 the night of the event.
All proceeds go to benefit The Prizery.
Free shirts will be given to the first 50 registrants.
Participants will receive goody bags that include a magical slipper, great for holding papers down on a desk or for filling to the heel with an after race cocktail, pure pleasure from being able to say that you didn't pumpkinize right before friends' eyes, and many, many more magical treats.
Payment must be made by cash or check by Friday, June 22, to receive free T-shirt.
Checks can be made payable to the South Boston Running Club.
