Hilda Wilson Roller of Clover died Sept. 2, 2013 at Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born in Halifax County on Aug. 4, 1928 and was 85 years of age. She was the daughter of the late James Robert Wilson and Dora Serena Tuck Wilson and is survived by her husband, Aubrey Bomar Roller Sr.
Mrs. Roller was a member of Mt. Laurel United Methodist Church and a member of Mt. Laurel Ruritan Club.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two sons, Aubrey B. Roller Jr. and friend Kathy Reagan of Mt. Laurel and Cecil Roller and wife Gale of Nathalie.
Three brothers, Carrington, Woodrow and Thomas Lee Wilson; seven sisters, Ethylene Thompson, Garnett Evans, Virginia Hudson, Wilma Robertson, Marie Timmerman and Katherine Grady, also preceded Mrs. Roller in death.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Laurel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Don Pizzeck officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family received friends at Powell Funeral Home on Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 7 until 8:30 p.m. and other times at the home, 8093 Mt. Laurel Road, Clover.
