Pauline Crews Wagstaff

Pauline Crews Wagstaff, 87, of Skipwith passed away March 21, 2013. She was born Dec. 4, 1925 to the late Oris Paul Crews and Lizzie Stanley Crews.

Her survivors include one son, Marshall Wagstaff, and his wife, Lisa, of Boydton; a daughter, Ellen Wagstaff, of Skipwith; a sister, Elizabeth Allgood, of Danville; two granddaughters, Lacy Noell Wagstaff and LeAnn Grace Wagstaff; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Wagstaff also was preceded in death by her husband, Noell Clayton Wagstaff; a brother, Felton Crews; and a sister, Helen Jones.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and Halifax Chapter United Daughters of Confederacy.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wagstaff were held Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Bradshaw officiating.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any local volunteer fire department, Salvation Army, or the Red Cross.
