Mrs. Lynn Ellen Teasdale Pavelchak of Scottsburg died Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at her home.
She was born in St. Louis, Mo., Aug. 23, 1950 and was 61 years old. She was the daughter of the late Mary Teasdale and the late Robert Teasdale and married to Joseph C. Pavelchak who survives.
She was a member of the St. Paschal Catholic Church. Lynn loved making crafts, getting that talent from her mother. She loved sewing and making clothes for her granddaughters. She loved reading books, especially romance novels. She retired from McNeil, Inc. in Trenton, N.J. and Mettler Instruments where she was a bookkeeper. Lynn previously resided in Wrightstown and Robbinsville, N.J.
She is survived by, one daughter, Kristine Connolly and husband James of Hainesport, N.J.; one son, Robert Pavelchak, and wife Martha of Scottsburg; two grandchildren, Sebastian Pavelchak and Siera Connolly; one brother, James Teasdale, and wife Christine of Hanover, Md.; one sister, Julie Jamison, and husband Carl of Albuquerque, N.M.; one half sister, Carol Lloyd, and husband Larry of Ohio; mother-in-law Dorothy Pavelchak of Scottsburg, formerly of Trenton, N.J.
A funeral mass was held Monday, June 11, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the St. Paschal Catholic Church with Father John Kazibwe officiating.
The family received friends Sunday, June 10, 2012, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home.
