Equalization Board Listens To Complaints

Halifax County landowners who have complaints or objections about their real estate assessments began meeting with the county board of equalization Thursday with meetings scheduled at 10-minute intervals this week on Tuesday, Feb. 9, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Thursday, Feb. 11, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
