Halifax Regional Awards Dr. Jessie J. Bates Scholarships

Seven local high school graduates have been named recipients of Halifax Regional Health System’s 2010 Dr. Jesse J. Bates Scholarship. Named to honor the late Jesse J. Bates, M.D., the annual scholarship is awarded to local high school seniors planning to attend college to pursue a career in healthcare.
