Hunter faces misdemeanor charge in shooting incident

Ceciley Nicole Smith, 22, of South Boston is facing a misdemeanor reckless handling of a firearm charge stemming from a hunting accident Nov. 23, according to Conservation Police Officer Brandon Harris.
