Garden club dedicates bench in Halifax to Betty Bane

Friends, neighbors, family members and town officials gathered in front of Halifax Town Hall Tuesday evening to pay tribute to the late Betty Bane when the Banister River Garden Club dedicated a bench in her memory to the Town of Halifax.
