Retired Army chaplain to lead special tribute

A Memorial Day Tribute will be held Monday, May 27, at 11 a.m. at the Halifax County War Memorial with special guest speaker Colonel Donald G. Wilson, retired U.S. Army, who will speak on “For Such A Time As This.”
