Halifax County Supervisors will hold a special called meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday to deal with issues related to courthouse design and construction.
The meeting will be held in the second floor public meeting room at the Mary Bethune office complex in Halifax.
According to County Administrator Jim Halasz, supervisors may go behind closed doors to discuss the investment of public funds, to discuss plans related to the security of the courthouse and the safety of persons using the courthouse and to discuss the award of a public contract involving the expenditure of public funds.
