More motions entered in SoBo murder case

The latest in a long series of motions hearings in the James Lloyd Terry capital murder case continued Monday in Halifax County Circuit Court, where Judge Joel Cunningham considered a number of motions, both from the prosecution and capital defense team.

A 32-year-old Nathalie man faces a felony charge of being a convicted felon with a firearm and driving on a suspended or revoked license, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

UPDATE: Wanted man turns self in

Christopher Wilson Strange, a Clover man described as armed and dangerous, turned himself into authorities at the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday at 2:22 p.m., one day after Myrtle Beach Police recovered the 2013 red Ford Lariat pickup truck Strange is suspected of stealing last Thursday from a Rodgers Chapel Road residence.
