34-year-old Nathalie woman facing 11 charges

A 34-year-old Nathalie resident faces three felony charges and eight misdemeanor charges, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Sharona Monique Bruce of Volens Road is charged with felony counts of common-law intent burglary, felonious assault with intent to maim and malicious wounding while being in a mob.

She also faces misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, trespassing with intent to do damage, trespassing to threaten, vandalism, harassment by computer, assault and battery and two counts of making threats over the telephone.

The alleged offenses occurred Jan. 1, and Sgt. Q. W. Clark served the warrants Sunday.

Ricky Thomas Hudson Jr., 37, of Clover Road, Clover faces a felony charge of bad check.

The alleged offense occurred Oct. 4, and Clark served the warrant Sunday.

 Barry Keith Hudson, 47, of Virgilina Road, Virgilina was issued a misdemeanor surety capias.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Clark issued the capias Friday.

 Ricky Johnathan Petty, 28, of Alchie Lane, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Deputy T. H. Clarke served the warrant Friday.

 Davonnell Lamar Terry, 25, of Black Walnut Road, Clover faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Feb. 16, and Cpl. S. M. Bowen served the warrant Saturday.

 Patricia Lorriaine Davis, 31, of Hamilton Boulevard, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of DUI.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Deputy Joseph Tucker served the warrant Saturday.

 Presley Wayne Thompson, 26, of Ramble Road, Virgilina faces misdemeanor charges of trespassing and vandalism.

The alleged offenses occurred Dec. 30, and Deputy R. L. Compton served the warrants Saturday.

 Timothy Dwight Perry Jr., 35, of Washington Avenue, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of making threats over the telephone.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Tucker served the warrant the same day.

 Jimmie Francis Rogers Jr., 39, of Doctor Merritt Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Investigator C. J. Yeatts served the warrant the same day.

 Tony Lee Puryear, 56, of Eagle Road, Greensboro, N.C. faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 4, and Sgt. C. S. Yeatts served the warrant Monday.

• Darrell Grey Francis Jr., 25, of Patrick Henry Road, Brookneal faces a misdemeanor charge of DUI.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Deputy S. Edmonds served the warrant the same day.

• Charlissa Ferguson, 21, of Haskins Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Clark served the warrant Sunday.

• Torry Venable, 19, of Haskins Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Clark served the warrant the same day.

 Johnny Thaxton, 18, of Hunters Lane, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Clark served the warrant Sunday.

A 31-year-old South Boston man faces a charge of assault and battery of a family member, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Adam Lee Hughes of North Main Street was charged with the alleged offense when Officer J. B. Throckmorton served the warrant Sunday.

Hughes was held on a $3,000 unsecured bond.

 Kimberly Crystal Perry Henderson, 34, of Dan River Church Road, South Boston faces a charge of making threats over the telephone.

Throckmorton served the warrant Sunday, and Henderson was held on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

 Michael L. Thackston, 46, of Dan River Church Road, South Boston faces a charge of making threats over the telephone.

Throckmorton served the warrant Sunday, and Thackston was held on a $3,000 unsecured bond.

 Brandon Tyler Prince, 19, of Poplar Creek Street, South Boston faces a larceny charge for shoplifting. 

Sgt. R. D. Edmonds served the warrant Friday.
