SoBo man faces pair of drug charges

A 27-year-old South Boston man faces a pair of drug charges including distribution of a controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute, according to South Boston Police Department records. 

Kursonn Laray Ballou of Maid Marion Lane is charged with the alleged offense, and Officer T.W. Bush served the warrant Thursday. 

Ballou is currently being held on an $8,000 secured bond. 

Donald Mark Senter, 52, of North Main Street, Roxboro, N.C. faces a charge of possession of marijuana.

Officer C. M. Mann served the warrant Friday, Senter was released on summons.  

 Tobshiba Jones, 24, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault. 

Officer R. Lawson served the warrant Saturday. 

 Bianca Jones, 25, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault. 

Officer R. Lawson served the warrant Saturday.
