Halifax man faces drug charge

A 37-year-old Halifax man faces a felony charge of distributing a   control substance, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Jonathan Kent Guy of L. P. Bailey Memorial Highway was charged with the alleged offense that occurred June 27, and Deputy C. S. Hudson served the warrant Tuesday.

• David Oliver Boulden, 34, of Newell Road, Richmond was issued a felony capias for a probation violation.

 The alleged offense occurred Sept.12, and another agency served the warrant Wednesday.

• Haley Gallagher, 19, of Old Grubby Road, South Boston faces felony charges of forging a credit card and larceny of a credit card. She also faces 10 misdemeanor charges of credit card fraud and a misdemeanor charge of obtaining with the intent to defraud.

The alleged offense occurred July 15, 17 and 18, and Deputy J. M. Burton served the warrants Wednesday.

• John Paul Harlow, 46, of East Hitesburg Road, Virgilina faces a felony charge of grand larceny.

 The alleged offense occurred Sept. 27, and Sgt. Q. W. Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

• Michelle Faucette, 52, of Reverend Coleman Road, Clover faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

 The alleged offense occurred Aug. 27, and Deputy S. Edmonds served the warrant Tuesday.

• Ricardo Raul Elizondo, 32, of Pepper Road, Reidsville, N.C.,  faces misdemeanor charges of driving while not licensed, driving under the influence and reckless driving/speeding.

 The alleged offenses occurred March 3, and Inv. T. A. Mocarsky served the warrants Wednesday.

• Mateesta Shontay Jones, 34, of Fowler Trail, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of larceny for shoplifting.

The alleged offense occurred Sept. 26, and Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

• Trey Cade Perry, 22, of Wynn Lane, Midlothian faces misdemeanor charges of vandalism and assault and battery of a family member.

The alleged offenses occurred Sept. 25, and Deputy T. B. Sargent served the warrants Wednesday.

• Jamale Akeem Waller, 22, of Eastover Drive, South Boston faces misdemeanor charges of vandalism and assault and battery.

The alleged offenses occurred Sept. 29, and Clark served the warrants Wednesday.

• Errol Douglas Fulford, 38, of South Main Street, Clover faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and Deputy J. O. Tanner served   the warrant Thursday.

• John Henry Thaxton, 48, of Hunters Lane, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

 The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and Tanner served the warrant Thursday.

• Ronald Alvin Waller, 55, of Robin Hood Road, South Boston faces a charge of being drunk in public.

Officer T. W. Bush served the warrant Tuesday.

• Deshawn Lamont Fallen, 25, of Poplar Creek Street, South Boston faces a charge of being drunk in public.

Bush served the warrant Wednesday.

• Terrance Nevada Reed, 26, of Bane Street, South Boston faces a charge of petty larceny.

Cpl. A. E. Whitmore served the warrant Wednesday, and Reed was held on an $8,000 unsecured bond.

• Terri Lynn Conner, 28, of Sinai Road, South Boston faces a charge of larceny for shoplifting. 

 Officer B. H. Smith served the warrant Wednesday, and Conner was released on summons.
