SoBo man faces drunk in public charge

A 51-year-old South Boston man faces charges of being drunk in public and harassing emergency personnel by phone, according to South Boston Police Department records.

 

James A. Wilson was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred July 19, Aug.19 and Sunday. 

Cpl. S. L. Song served the warrants, and Wilson was held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail until he was sober.

Frank A. Coley, 50, of South Boston faces a charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Cpl. T. Bratton served the warrant the same day. 

Coley was held at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail until he was sober.

  James Edward Woody, 61, of Halifax faces two charges of being a   habitual offender.

The alleged offenses occurred on or about Dec. 30, 2012, and Song served the warrant Saturday.  

Woody was held at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
