SoBo woman faces drunk in public charge

A 21-year-old Halifax woman faces two charges of assaulting a police officer, according South Boston Police Department records.

Jessica R. Pannell was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Saturday, and Officer T. W. Bush served the warrants the same day.

Da’nesha J. Tyler, 18, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Officer J. J. George served the warrant the same day.

 Joshua J. Satterfield, 25, of Virgilina faces a misdemeanors charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred July 27, and Clp. M. W. Bowen served the warrant Saturday.

 Dexter L. Tucker, 25, of Chase City faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Officer F. A. Powell served the warrant the same day.

 David D. Britton, 22, of Lynchburg faces misdemeanor charges of possessing marijuana and third offense driving with a suspended license.

The alleged offenses occurred Saturday, and Bush served the warrants the same day.

 Albert Thomas Poteat, 51, Chalmers Street, South Boston faces a charge of being drunk in public. 

Officer A. C. Davis served the warrant Thursday.

 Dexter Edward Mills, 26, of Poplar Creek Street, South Boston faces a charge of being drunk in public.

George served the warrant Thursday.

 Darrick Nathaniel Hearns, 39, of Fenton Street, South Boston faces a charge of driving under the influence.

George served   the warrant Thursday, and Hearns was held on  $2,000 unsecured bond.
