South Boston man facing charges of eluding police, revoked license

A 34-year-old South Boston man faces misdemeanor charges of driving on a revoked license and eluding police, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Troy Norwood Jr. was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Friday, and Cpl. A. Whitmore served the warrants the same day.

• Tyler Keith Slabach, 20, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed firearm.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Officer A. Davis served the warrant the same day.

 Christopher Pumphrey, 26, of South Boston faces two misdemeanor charges of contributing to a minor and one misdemeanor charge of domestic assault.

The alleged offenses occurred Saturday, and Officer Whitmore served the warrants the same day.

 Brooke A. Pumphrey, 24, of South Boston faces two misdemeanor charges of contributing to a minor and one misdemeanor charge of domestic assault.

 James Edward Owen, 49, of South Boston faces misdemeanor charges of shoplifting and being drunk in public.

The alleged offenses occurred Saturday, and Sgt. M. Gilliam served the warrants the same day.
