SoBo man faces drug, drunk in public charges

A 54-year-old South Boston man faces charges of being drunk in public and possession of marijuana, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Clarence Sydnor was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Friday, and Officer R. J. Mead served the warrants the same day.

Ragiyagh Tiffany Smith, 21, of Love Shop Park Road, South Boston faces charges of vandalism/property damage and being drunk in public. 

Cpl. T. N. Bratton served the warrants Friday.
