Nathalie man faces firearm felony charge

A 32-year-old Nathalie man faces a felony charge of being a convicted felon with a firearm and driving on a suspended or revoked license, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Jessie James West of Lower Liberty Road was charged with the alleged offenses that occurred Saturday, and Deputy C. A. Bates V served the warrants the same day.

Damon Demetrious Brown, 40, of River Road, South Boston faces a felony charge of vandalism and misdemeanor charge of assault and battery on a family member.

The alleged offenses occurred June 14, and Inv. T. A. Mocarsky served the warrants Friday.

 ay Phillip Barksdale, 69, of Barksdale Drive, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Deputy T. H. Clarke served the warrant the same day.

 Willie Thomas Francis Jr., 47, of Barksdale Drive, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Clarke served the warrant the same day.

 Harry Phillip Womack, 30, of Traynham Grove Road, Alton faces misdemeanor charges of brandishing a firearm, assault and battery on a family member and vandalism.

The alleged offenses occurred Friday, and Deputy S. Edmonds served the warrants Saturday.

 Eliseo Jimenes, 23, of Alton faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Edmonds served the warrant the same day.

 Julio Deleon, 35, of Alton faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Edmonds served the warrant the same day.

 Andre Farmer, 47, of South Main Street, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of petty larceny.

The alleged offense occurred June 16, and Cpl. D. H. Barksdale served the warrant Sunday.

 Tiffany Ann Honaker Lester, 26, of Sandy Ridge Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Sgt. Q. W. Clark served the warrant Monday.

 Bill Fields, 63, of Lennig Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge for failure to appear in court.

The alleged offense occurred June 10, and Clark served the warrant Monday.

 Matthew Thomas Comer, 30, of Ridgeway Road, Vernon Hill faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery on a family member and making threats over the telephone.

The alleged offenses occurred June 1 and on Sunday, and Deputy J. P.  Adams served the warrants Monday.

  Jarod Squires, 27, of Wagstaff Lane, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a juvenile protective order.

The alleged offense occurred Monday, and Adams served the warrant the same day.

 Jeffrey Scott Thibault, 43, of Paradise Lane, South Boson faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Tuesday, and Deputy C. S. Hudson served the warrant the same day.

 Rita Renee Terry, 25, of Berry Hill Road, South Boston faces a charge of felony assault with intent to maim, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer R. L. Lawson served the warrant Sunday, and Terry was held with no bond.

 Dawn Yvette Brockenbury, 47, of Mallard Lane, South Boston faces charges of forgery, making false reports to police, possession of marijuana and larceny for shoplifting.

Cpl. J. C. Berry served the warrants Sunday, and Brockenbury was held with no bond.

 Pamela Jones Stovall, 45, of Murphy Grove Road, Halifax faces a charge of being drunk in public.

Officer R. J. Mead served the warrant Monday.

 Sydney Wayne Barnett III, 18, of Dawson Trail, Alton faces charges of possessing marijuana, driving under the influence and being under 21 years of age and illegally possessing alcohol.

Officer R. J. Mead served the warrant Monday, and Barnett was released on summons on the marijuana possession charge and held on a unsecured bond on the other two charges.

 Ernestine M. Waller, 53, of Spring Avenue, South Boston faces a charge of obstructing justice by the use of threat or force.

Sgt. S. L. Warf served the warrant Monday.

 Shelby Renee Bouie Featherston, 29, of East Bishop Drive, South Boston faces a charge assault and battery on a family member.

Cpl. M. W. Bowen served the warrant Monday, and Featherston was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
