Danville woman faces grand larceny charge

A 49-year-old Danville woman faces a felony charge of grand larceny, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Rosa Diane Kirby of Glen Dale Avenue was charged with the alleged offense that occurred May 2, and Deputy C. S. Hudson served the warrant.

Timothy Richard Charlton, 40, of Igo Road, King George faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

The alleged offense occurred Feb. 22, 2012, and Deputy J. O. Tanner Jr. served the warrant Thursday.

 Alan Wooden, 61, of Lacks Town Road, Clover faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Deputy T. H. Clarke served the warrant the same day.

 Quentin Sherod Clark, 34, of South Boston faces a felony charge of assault with intent to maim, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer J. J. George served the warrant Thursday.

 Faye Laughorn Eanes, 69, of South Boston faces a charge of driving under the influence.

Cpl. M. W. Bowen served the warrant Thursday.

 Nancy Dye Eckert, 52, of South Boston faces a charge of driving under the influence.

Officer C. L. Collie served the warrant Thursday.

 Dale Allen Neal, 50, of South Boston faces a charge of being drunk in public.

Sgt. G. M. Gilliam served the warrant Thursday.

 Gregory Womack, 37, of Danville faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Officer R. J. Mead served the warrants the same day.

 Edward Wilson, 63, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Mead served the warrant the same day. Wilson was held on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
