Nathalie woman faces charge of grand larceny

A 31-year-old Nathalie woman faces a felony charge of grand larceny, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s office records.

 

 Autumn Mosley of Hunting Creek Road is charged with the alleged offense that occurred March 16, and Sgt Q.W. Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

Regina Daniel Phillips, 35, of Bethel Road, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred Monday, and Clark served the warrant Tuesday.

 Ella Yvonne Tuck, 43, of Bane Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

 The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Clark served the warrant Tuesday.

 Shemeka Shuntae Chisholm, 25, of Coates Trail, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

 The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Deputy C. S. Hudson served the warrant Tuesday.

 Ponell Hamlett, 45, of Lennig Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of vandalism.

 The alleged offense occurred April 4, and Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

 Amy J. Ballou, 34, of Williams Trail, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

 The alleged offense occurred Monday, and Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

 Wendy Dawn Beadles Francis, 35, of Brad Smith Trail, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

 The alleged offense occurred Aug. 24, 2011, and Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

 Davey Gene Comer, 42, of Lowery Road, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and Deputy W. G. Yancey served the warrant the same day.

 Parrish Scott, 18, of South Boston, was issued a capias for a probation violation, according to South Boston Police records.

The alleged offense occurred April 9, and Officer C. L. Collie served the capias Wednesday.
