Lynchburg man faces misdemeanor charge

A 25-year-old Lynchburg man faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a juvenile protective order, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

 

Dwight Alan Boggs of Campbell Highway was charged with the alleged offense that occurred Sept. 28, and Inv. T. A. Mocarsky served the warrant Tuesday.

• Bianca Conyetta Jones, 24, of Oak Level Road, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.

The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and Sgt. T. C. Spencer served the warrant the same day.

• Quanta Nashall Chandler, 28, of Marions Trail, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of failing to pay a ticket.

The alleged offense occurred Jan. 18, and Deputy C. S. Hudson served the warrant Wednesday.

• Cody Reese Palmer, 19, of South Avenue, South Boston faces misdemeanor charges of being drunk in public and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

The alleged offenses occurred Wednesday, and Deputy J. P. Adams served the warrants the same day.

• James Ford Sibley, 25, of Pine Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Sgt. D. H. Barksdale served the warrant the same day.

• Dexter Edward Mills, 26, of Poplar Creek Street, South Boston faces a charge of being drunk in public, according to South Boston Police Office reports.

Mills was charged with the alleged offense Tuesday.
