Nathalie man faces grand larceny

A 32-year-old Nathalie man faces a felony charge of grand larceny, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Allen Wayne Cullop of Millstone Church Trail was charged with the alleged offense that occurred Dec. 22, 2011, and Deputy J. O. Tanner Jr. served the warrant Tuesday.

Robert Lee Martin, 51, of Zion Hill Church Loop, Virgilina faces a felony charge of third offense petty larceny.

The alleged offense occurred Tuesday, and Cpl. P. C. Clayton served the warrant Wednesday.

 Adam Scott King, 29, of Millstone Church Trail, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred Monday, and Tanner served the warrant Tuesday.

 Lisa Rogers, 41, of Throckmorton Trail, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court. 

The alleged offense occurred March 6, and Inv. T. A. Mocarsky served the warrant Tuesday.

 Dawn Yvette Brockenbury, 47, of Mallard Lane, South Boston faces two misdemeanor charges of brandishing a firearm and one misdemeanor charge of trespassing.

The alleged offenses occurred Monday, and Sgt. Q. W. Clark served the warrants Wednesday.

 Kenneth Alvester Brooks, 42, of North Main Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a juvenile protective order.

The alleged offense occurred April 2, and Clark served the warrant Wednesday.

 Wendell Lee Guthrie, 57, of Stage Coach Road, Nathalie faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court and a misdemeanor capias was served on a show cause order.

The alleged offenses occurred Sept. 14, 2011, and Deputy S. Britton served the warrant and capias Wednesday.

 William White Jr., 27, of Dryburg Road, Scottsburg faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery on a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and Deputy T. H. Clarke served the warrant the same day.

 Cassandra Lynn Richmond, 25, of Howard P. Anderson Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of justice by threat.

The alleged offense occurred Wednesday, and Deputy C. A. Bates V served the warrant the same day.

 Kenney Ray Davis, 42, of South Boston faces a felony charge of failure to appear in court, according to South Boston Police Office records.

The alleged offense occurred March 6, and Officer S. L. Song served the warrant Tuesday. 

Davis is being held on a $1,000 secured bond.
