Trio arrested on grand larceny charges in SoBo

South Boston authorities arrested three county residents on felony charges of grand larceny from Walmart over the weekend, according to South Boston Police records.

South Boston Police Cpl. T. B White arrested 19-year-old Andrea L. Henry of Halifax on Friday and 18-year-old Markia N. Townes and 22-year-old Tobshiba S. Jones, both of South Boston, on Sunday.

The alleged offenses occurred Jan. 1.

Henry also faces a felony charge of grand larceny and misdemeanor charge for entering a vehicle.

The alleged offenses occurred Friday, and Officer A. E. Whitmore served the warrants the same day.

 Travis W. Pannell, 23, of South Boston faces a charge of felony assault.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Officer M. W. Bowen served the warrant the same day.

 Willie W. Stovall Jr., 18, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of being an accessory after the fact for larceny from Walmart.

The alleged offense occurred Jan. 1, and Cpl. White served the warrant Sunday.

 Felicia S. Pannell, 26, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of assault of a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Bowen served the warrant the same day.

 Dexter E. Mills, 25, of South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of being intoxicated in public.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Officer R. L. Lawson served the warrant the same day.

 Jaime Garcia Jr., 18, of Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of shoplifting from Walmart.

The alleged offense occurred Thursday, and Officer J. B. Throckmorton served the summons the same day.
