DUI charges dominate arrest reports

A 34-year-old Skipwith man faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, according to Halifax County Sheriff’s Office records.

Eddie Dean Seay of Philbeck Crossroads was charged with the alleged offense that occurred Friday, and Deputy J. D. Tucker served the warrant Saturday.

Richard Randolph Wilkerson, 68, of Paradise Road, Alton faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

The alleged offense occurred Saturday, and Deputy R. L. Compton served the warrant Sunday.

 Alvin Keishaun Irvin, 26, of McDaniel Road, Java faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

The alleged offense occurred Monday, and Tucker served the warrant the same day.

 Thomas Wayne Peregoy, 41, of Whitlow Road, Red Oak faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery.

The alleged offense occurred June 14, and Deputy S. Edmonds served the warrant Monday.

 Donald Ray Ragsdale Jr., 26, of Howard P. Anderson Road, Halifax faces a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery on a family member.

The alleged offense occurred Friday, and Tucker served the warrant Tuesday.

 Alicia S. Cook, 25, of Poplar Creek Street, South Boston faces a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

The alleged offense occurred June 9, and Deputy C. J. Yeatts served the warrant Monday.

  Vickey Lynn Perez, 38, of Vaughan Street, South Boston faces a charge of driving under the influence, according to South Boston Police Department records.

Officer R. L. Lawson served the warrant on Saturday.

 Jonathon Lamar Glenn, 23, of Summit Drive, South Boston faces a charge of driving under the influence.

Officer A. C. Davis served the warrant Tuesday, and Glenn was released on his own recognizance.

 Juzentino Vigil, 22, of Robert Whitfield Road, Hurdle Mills, North Carolina, faces a charge of driving under the influence, according to Halifax Police Department records. 

The alleged offense occurred Sunday, and Officer M. Smith served the warrant the same day.
