Reassessment Tops Agenda

Large Crowd Turns Out For Holiday Living Show

The annual Holiday Living Show was arguably the best ever, according to Chair Faye Jones of the Business Women’s Association of Halifax County, who estimated the organization would clear more than $10,000 for the two-day event. 

Approximately 110 vendors, about 70 percent of who come every year, said it was the best and most organized show they attend, Jones added.

“It’s a great crowd and a buying crowd, sales are up, and when the vendors are smiling, people are buying,” she said.  Money cleared from the show will go towards the scholarship fund of the Business Women’s Association of Halifax County.

Holiday Living Show This Weekend

The 2009 Holiday Living Show will be held this weekend at Halifax County High School, sponsored by the Business Women’s Association of Halifax County and the high school.
