Four charged with operating ATVs on highway

Four county residents have been charged with operating an all terrain vehicle on the highway, according to sheriff’s office records.

Duron Allen Brown, 33, of Sinai Road, South Boston was charged with misdemeanor operating an all terrain vehicle on the highway.

The incident is alleged to have occurred Feb. 20, and Officer J. O. Tanner served the warrant on Thursday.

Antwan Lemont Jones, 30, of Edmunds Street, South Boston was charged with misdemeanor operating an all terrain vehicle on the highway.

Bryan Demont Petty, 32, of Ballou Trail, Halifax was charged with misdemeanor operating an all terrain vehicle on the highway and misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked.

Marvin Dean Dixon, 31, of Ball Park Loop, Halifax was charged with misdemeanor operating an all terrain vehicle on the highway and misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked.
