American National Bank announces appointments

American National Bank and Trust Company announced appointments for the Virginia Advisory Board, which is comprised of 21 outstanding community leaders from across the bank’s four Virginia regions, including Danville-Pittsylvania County, Lynchburg, Martinsville and South Boston.

The bank also maintains a separate North Carolina Advisory Board.

The Virginia Advisory Board serves the bank as a core group of community liaisons who provide feedback on bank strategies and advice on the relevance of various products and services. The Advisory Board meets several times a year to accomplish its objectives.

“At American National, we pride ourselves on leadership and experience as well as deep roots within our communities,” said S. Cabell Dudley, executive vice president and chief banking officer at American National. “Tapping into the knowledge that our Virginia Advisory Board has to share is a critical benefit to our business. We look forward to working with this group of esteemed individuals in order to continue American National’s success.”
