VDOT names new maintenance operations manager in Halifax

Tina Englebright has been selected as the new maintenance operations manager in the Halifax Residency of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). 

Englebright, a 16-year employee of the department, is a 2009 graduate of Averett University with a Bachelors Degree in business administration. 

During her VDOT employment, she has served in various roles including fiscal assistant, permits and subdivision specialist senior, maintenance superintendent, and, most recently, as the residency maintenance contract manager. 

In announcing this promotion, Kenneth Martin, residency administrator, said, “Tina has a broad knowledge of residency operations and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to her new position.”

The Halifax Residency oversees maintenance activities of Halifax and Pittsylvania Counties in the south-central portion of the commonwealth.
